Fabio F. Foti – Partner

Fabio is a Certified Specialist in Family Law, certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Fabio graduated with honors from University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor of Arts in English.

Fabio attended law school at Pepperdine University, where he was a member of Pepperdine Law Review and graduated with honors in the top 10% of his 2005 class.

During law school, Fabio worked as a certified law clerk at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where he assisted in and conducted preliminary hearings in felony cases. He also worked as a law clerk for the Union Rescue Mission, where he assisted indigent clients with outstanding debts and warrants, wage garnishments, expungement of criminal records, child custody and child support arrears.

Fabio was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2005. For the next several years, he practiced in civil litigation as an associate for Branson, Brinkop, Griffith & Strong LLP in Redwood City and for Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley PC in Los Angeles, handling insurance coverage, business and contract disputes, products liability, construction defects, torts, and professional liability for architects and engineers.

In 2012, Fabio moved to Orange County to pursue his passion for family law, working as an associate for Minyard Morris LLP, one of the county’s most distinguished family law firms. He assisted clients with a variety of family law services, including divorce, property division, spousal support, child custody and support, marital agreements, and post-Judgment modifications.

After four years with Minyard Morris, Fabio decided to start his own family law firm, espousing the same core values of integrity and client service. He is a member of the Family Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association.

Fabio and his wife Natalie reside in Newport Beach with their sons Julian and Dominick.

Moira Kamgar – Of Counsel

Moira has been admitted to the state bars of New York, Connecticut and California.  Currently, she practices in both family law and criminal law in California only, with a particular emphasis on complex litigation.  This practice includes high conflict situations such as intimate partner violence, emotional and fiduciary abuse and secreting or wasting of community assets.  Through Moira, Cal Family Law Group, PC is a member of the California Partnership to End Domestic Violence, a non-profit group that works to strengthen state and federal domestic violence protections and to support local efforts to educate and provide resources for affected individuals and families.

A graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, Moira attended law school at New York Law School, and while a Summer Assistant at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of New York, she was privileged to be one of the 1987 recipients of Robert B. Fiske, Jr., U.S. Attorney’s Fellowship.  Thereafter, Moira was student clerk to Hon. Mary Johnson Lowe, S.D.N.Y.  She also interned with the IRS Office of District Counsel, North Atlantic Regional Division and the Depository Trust Company.

Moira is deeply involved in Orange County’s philanthropic community.  Since 2010, she has been a member of Harvesters, a women’s group organized in support of the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County.  She served as a gala co-chair for the Orange County Museum of Art from 2010-1012, and she continues to support OCMA as a gala executive committee member.  Moira is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Orange County, and she has served on the board of directors for several arts organizations.

It is Moira’s objective to continue to strengthen the family and cultural environment of Orange County through both her professional and personal pursuits, and she welcomes clients who hope to find reasonable resolutions for difficult situations.
